    Zomato to discontinue some services in UAE

     

    From November 24, Zomato's food ordering service will no longer be available in the UAE. Customers who wanted to place an order through the Zomato app will now be redirected to the Talabat app.

     

    Zomato's announcement that its food ordering service would no longer be available in the UAE disappointed citizens all throughout the nation. Some locals claimed that they had been placing orders through the app for a long time because it was the first food delivery service they had ever used.

     

    Talabat had been in charge of its meal delivery services. On the Talabat app, customers can still place orders from their favorite restaurants, including many of their favorite Zomato brands. In order to expand their companies and provide their clients with the Talabat delivery experience, restaurant partners can also decide to collaborate with Talabat.

     

    The company will, meanwhile, continue to expand its restaurant discovery and dining-out operations. Through the introduction of new services called "Vibe Check" and "Zomato Pay," it will also redefine customers' dining-out experiences.

     

    The UAE now has Vibe Check, which makes it simpler for partner restaurants to advertise. On the app, restaurants may share brief videos showcasing their locations and specialties, much like Instagram Stories. Meanwhile, Zomato Pay enables users to pay with their cards and take advantage of discounts and other deals.
